I initially bought this for myself because my lower back has been paining me for a while. But as soon as It arrived I realize that my grandmother might need it a little bit more than I do seeing that her dementia makes her increasingly tense. so she was the first one to test it out and she IS ABSOLUTELY NUTS ABOUT THIS CONTRAPTION. Haven't seen her this relaxed and soothed in a while. Thank you!
I use it a lot. I love that it has a heating feature. I have very sensitive skin in general but the fabric is soft enough that it doesn't irritate my neck.
My only nitpick is that the instructions say it comes with a "charging cord." It's not a charging cord, it's a power cord. It has to be plugged in to work.
My husband and I love this so much. It is easy to control the amount of pressure. The heat is nice but not overwhelming. I'm buying another because my husband and I don't want to share it. Highly recommend.
Great purchase!!!! Really helps with knots and tight muscles, feels like real hands! Saving so much money now that I don't have to get prof. massages. Love the heat function and portability as well.

This massage pillow is AMAZING! Did it get rid of my trigger point? Of course not, but the pain and muscle tightness are significantly less. I used it for 20-30 minutes yesterday, while watching my favorite TV shows. I'll definitely recommend this item to everyone I know with back pain and also those who need a little relaxation.
I really like this! It’s a nice large pad with easy to use buttons and I can spray the pad lightly for a moist heat. This heating pad can help me relax after every time I came back from work. It’s really comfortable, and the best part is it has a auto shut off design, I don’t need to worry about using it while at night. I think its the perfect size without it being big and bulky. I also use it for my lower back and legs,it feels great ! I want to buy it again for my family members ~
Works as advertised and is very good at it.
The knobs are a bit large. I would suggest laying a towel over them.
My second one last one served me well for around 10 years.

About 2 years ago I felt sciatica like pain shooting up my leg.
Used pillow every night for about a week.
Pain went away did not come back.
I'm on day 2 of using this massager. Press the on/off button once to turn on for regular mode, press twice for the heat mode (lights up red) and press and hold for about 3 seconds to shutoff.
The massager i received came intact- no rips or tears in the fabric, all of the functions are currently working as advertised *except* this massager does NOT have a 15 minute auto shutoff function as stated. The instructions recommend not using for more than 30 minutes, I assume to lower the chance to overheat? The massaging 'arms' are a hard plastic that move in a circular motion and switch directions after about every minute. This item comes with a U.S. wall plug and another cord to plug into a cigarette lighter port in the car. I haven't used it in the car yet so I can't say for sure that the cord extends long enough for this and if it's even comfortable to use while in a vehicle. There is a velcro strap on the back of the massager to attach to the head rest of the seat. If the massaging 'arms' feel too hard for you, i would recommend putting extra cushion over the massager, maybe a towel or a blanket. I notice if i put too much pressure on the massager, it noticeably struggles in that the 'arms' move a little slower and the mechanisms sound like they are working harder to move.
I haven't had any issues with my long hair getting thru the mesh fabric and getting tangled in the 'arms' yet as someone else stated was an issue, but i will keep an eye on that as it may be possible after the mesh fabric wears down due to normal wear. I haven't had any overheating issues even after using for more than 30 minutes. The heating element seems to take a little bit to heat up and doesn't get very hot. It's not very noticeable to me.
I've read a lot of reviews saying this model has a short life. I will update later as to how it's held up (or not).
