There are two dispenser settings, the first is short and works great with regular soap. The second is longer and would probably work best for hand sanitizer or soap that is not concentrated. Both settings are very responsive and quickly dispense soap when motioned.
I am using this at my kitchen sink to wash my hands while cooking without spreading any bacteria from raw meats.
I like how the fill is right on top making it quick and easy to refill. It also has 2 volume settings for the amount of soap it dispenses. I found the lower setting is the perfect amount but you may need the higher setting if you use a more viscous soap.
No complaints so far.
I had a previous version with only the +/- buttons and no specific power button and it had issues (days of randomly not working, always having to 'prime' it to get the soap to dispense, and sometime it would just dispense for no reason). This current version is way better. We haven't experienced any of the issues we had with the previous version. This one seems reliable in the two weeks we've had it. It doesn't require excessive 'priming' to make the soap dispense if it sits for a few hours. This one simply works. I'm impressed with the improvements.
I am very happy with this soap dispenser - better than the very $$$$ ones that I had to toss away. I had written a review that said I had trouble with it and the company immediately got to me to see what the problem was - WOW! That is customer service. BUT at that point whatever problem I was having was probably something that I had done wrong. The soap dispenser is very good - especially at this price. I am happy with the dispenser and beyond impressed with customer service.
I highly recommend. I have this in my kitchen and will be getting one for the bathroom.
After trying another automatic soap dispenser that stopped working after only 3 months of use, I decided to really do my research this time around. I liked the simple and clean style of this model as it compliments everything from my recent kitchen remodel. As for the device itself, having an automatic soap dispenser makes life in the kitchen easier. Whenever the family comes home or we’re scrubbing dishes, it is always a quick and clean process. There are 2 “dispense levels” that you can choose from but my only small complaint is that I wish the machine could dispense a little less soap than the current lowest setting.

OPERATION:
1. Remove the battery cover and insert 4 new AAA batteries. Put the cover back;
2. Twist the top cap to open. Fill the reservoir with liquid soap to about three-quarter of its capacity (tank is 9.56oz capacity), close it tightly;
3. To switch on, press power button;
4. To adjust the volume of soap liquid, press the “+/-” button to switch between the two settings;

I have purchased automatic soap dispensers like this one in the past. Without exception, they all failed miserably. The last one I bought a dispenser like this one, I suspected that it was a gag. I filled the tank of the product with soap and it turned on automatically—and stayed on. It took a few minutes for it to empty itself completely and fill the sink with soap. That product took about a month before epic failure. This product looks modern and sleek an works reliably. So far everything is great, but you will forgive me for being cautious. If things change I am prepared to return with an update.
This is our fourth model of this type. Two are displacing dirt and other landfill components and two are operating as if they have an objective to accomplish. I took 4 brand new (less than a month old and unused) AAA batteries, tested each one on my tester until I had 4 'fresh' batteries. I continued until the last button was pushed ony to find it did not work. We discussed sending the unit back or just adding another short statue to the landfill. We chose 'let's give it another go' and started from scratch. One of the batteries did not work. It registered ZERO.
This is a quality product! Very well made. I use it to dispense dish liquid in the kitchen. Much better than my old pump dispenser; only one hand needed. For the price I paid I didn't expect it to be as good as it is. It looks great, too (I even like the sound of the tiny motor). If the nozzle gets clogged it may stop working; just use a toothpick to clear it, and you're good to go. Thanks to the good folks at Elechok!
I can’t comment on battery life yet. Folks this is a $25 techno soap dispenser so my hope is for a decent working dispenser. The form, function, value is excellent. I will purchase more once I know battery life and see how it works longer term. So far I really like it.
This does not have a heavy metal feel to it but looks nice and feels quality.
My note to the designers is regarding the amount of soap it dispenses. There are three settings of soap volume. All three volume settings dispense too much soap for simple hand washing. I would love to see all three settings dispense about half the volume of soap they currently dispense. I like having adjustments but find even the lowest setting is too soap for hand cleaning and the max setting becomes a significant waste of soap.
Overall, I find this a good value and nice looking appliance.
