Purchased this on a Wednesday and it arrived by Friday, and it exceeded all expectations, especially for a custom monogrammed product! Here are a few high-notes:
Leather: This is clearly a high-quality leather, it has a nice hand feel and is plush. You can tell it is real because it is smooth on the top and textured underneath.The color is nice as well, I ordered tan. I can't help but think that this leather keychain will wear in really well over the years, I can't imagine it wearing out or breaking anytime in the foreseeable future.
Monogram: I got my wife's initials straight across AMH and I selected Gold. This is as expected and there isn't much to report because it was executed as expected. I would say that given the handmade nature of these items made by Northwind Supply, making these monogrammed items individually to meet each customer's request shows a great attention to detail. I would order with confidence that Northwind would get your order right the first time.
Hardware: I went with the Antique Brass, which turned out nice to give this a little character. I believe the pin holding the leather together is a screw-type piece that pokes through the leather in a set hole and then is turned shut. It does not appear to be something that can be easily unscrewed, and I don't plan on messing with it as it seems very secure.
My brother is getting married in the spring, and I'm definitely going to recommend Northwind Supply to make some items for his groomsmen gifts, well done guys!
Just ordered this product recently and it arrived today. Very quick for a monogrammed product. Mine is the chestnut color. It’s a very nice, rich color. A little more red than I hoped for, but very nice. The strap is a hair longer than a credit card, the leather is sturdy, and the fastener is very solid - this won’t be falling apart. In the package was a card with the sellers website in it. I hadn’t realized that this is a small, American business, and every product is handmade. I was glad to be supporting them. I wish I had seen their actual website before ordering here. They have some other products there that I like even better, such as a key strap with a clip on the end. Also, I found it easier to figure out the colors on the website. My only frustration with ordering on Amazon is I felt that it was hard to figure out which colors were which. On the seller website this is easier. Also, to the seller if you’re reading this, I really would prefer an option to have a clip on one end and a matching ring on the other. I’d be happy to pay for the additional piece as an add on option. With all the products offered it’s either/or, and the materials are too nice to spoil the look by putting something on the other end that doesn’t match the metals in the product. All in all, a great product! I highly recommend it. In fact, I already sent the info to two friends who are getting married soon and are looking for gifts for their wedding parties.
I love these key-chains. I was looking for something better than your run-of-the-mill, canned, gift and I ran across these. Sure there are other places that make similar products (on Amazon even), but I gave Northwind a shot and I was not disappointed. The quality is top-notch, and the time it took to ship out was fast (next day), which is impressive for a personalized item. Thank you for a great product. I gave them as Christmas gifts to coworkers and family and they all loved it. I liked it so much I even got one for myself, after all what kind of person would I be if I didn't test the product before I let others use it (well that's my justification anyway).
Definitely worth the buy! I got this as an anniversary present. It arrived early and In great condition. The date was printed correctly as well as neatly. The only problem I can think of is there was slight fraying on the edges where the leather was cut but as soon as I ran my finger along it the extra pieces fell away. I will most definitely be purchasing again.
Love love love! Came so quickly and it’s so damn cute! Keeps my keys organized, and keeps me from loosing them. The only thing I wish is that either the strap would snap off so you could attach to Uluru purse or pocket, or there was another way to attach it to things!

I don't normally write reviews, but seeing as this was a handmade customised item, it deserves one. Great quality product -- I come across a lot of leather in my industry, and this is a very nice, high quality piece of leather. I got my stamping done in gold foil and the letters were perfectly straight -- hopefully the foil lasts a while! For a handmade item made to order, the turnaround was extremely quick as was shipping. Definitely would buy again from this seller!
LOVE it!!!! Really great quality and how straight it is stamped. The delivery was very quick which is always a bonus (especially when you are excited about something ordered ha).
