I have sensitive eyes that are easily irritated so I often get redness. I’ve used a bunch of different drops and I usually find myself underwhelmed with the results. Most of the time I feel like I might as well be dripping water on my eyeballs. When I saw “Maximum Strength” I decided that maybe it was time to amp up on drop strength. I’m glad I did.
First of all, it’s a nice sized bottle, which is a pleasant surprise. Often times I feel like I get ripped off by paying full price for what ends up looking like a sample-sized bottle. That’s not the case here. You get a good amount for a good price.
Down to the nitty gritty: These drops do the trick. They’re easy to apply and they don’t cause any discomfort on initial contact or while doing the job. Quite to the contrary, they immediately feel soothing on my poor, easily offended eyeballs. They actually eliminate the redness and burning too, which is hard to do with my eyes. They work quickly as well, which is a definite plus. Definitely recommend!
I wear the Day and Night contacts so mine are in for weeks at a time...until I feel it is necessary to clean them. That being said, my eyes were starting to look really bloodshot and they would be very irritated. Taking the contacts out and using this product was like heaven. The relief was instant, and it generally takes a weekend of using it 3X a day for the redness to really be knocked back.
It won't give you movie star white eyes, but it is close enough for hand grenades and horse shoes.
This stuff actually works. The price was right and I highly recommend it if you have small eye irritations from time to time.

Doesn’t really remove all the redness from my eyes but it definitely helps them feel less dry and itchy.
