Ordered twice now, the price is actually $6 cheaper than my local grocery store and they came in perfect condition and far from the expiration date!
I was worried after reading some of the reviews but figured it was worth the risk for the price! Only downside is that lots of people seem to want it because now it's out of stock quite often and probably will be going up in price ☹
Also I've seen people complaining about how these are thicker than the ones that they get at their local stores but that has been my experience with muscle milk in general, the taste and viscosity seem to vary greatly from store to store and batch to batch. I add it to my cold brew coffee in a 1:1 ratio so it's not really a big deal to me, though I could see how someone drinking it straight could see it as an issue.
Lets talk about the important stuff inside. I purchased the chocolate flavor, it has 25 grams of protein and printed on the front is "Non dairy protein shake" 160 calories and 0G sugar. Not to bad for a quick hit of protein!
It's not chalky, it is however very thick.
Alone the flavor is not the best, it's also not the worst.
I gave it 5 stars, I will buy it again. The best way to drink this is 50/50 muscle milk to milk poured over ice with a shot of espresso.
I love these shakes. At first, I was disappointed in the flavor because I was hoping it would taste more like chocolate milk. But, it has your typical artificial chocolate protein taste. I got used to the taste and now I drink these on a daily basis. Perfect for on-the-go.
The vanilla is perfect! Taste good and easy to drink! The chocolate ones are too thick and clumpy! You have to shake the bottle several times to mix it and get all the fluids out!
I had used this product before on PM drives home to help stay awake. After using a couple of orders of this I became able to lift myself from a canvas chair I keep near the refrigerator. I am 77 years old and welcomed this effect.I continue to order it 2 cases at a time in full confidence. Though I did have an order stolen in this multiple apartment building so I ask they be placed on the sixth floor near my door to maybe insure receiving it. Thanks.

I use these as an after workout drink. I get protein and no sugar, which, as a diabetic is important to me. They taste great, are low in calories and are a great protein supplement. They aren't for meal replacement but solely for extra protein.
I usually buy the "Premier Protein" brand, which has 30g protein instead of 25 (muscle milk). This was on sale this time, so I tried it instead. The taste is very similar, but I think this one tastes a bit better and has no dairy in it. They are like having a smooth chocolate milk shake, but just a tad bit thicker then normal chocolate milk and super smooth. I have mostly been using it for breakfast or quick lunches. The price for a 12 pack varies a lot online and on Amazon. Overall, its a great protein drink.
Of all the proteins drinks I have used in the last 3 years since my bariatrics sleeve this is one I really like .
My gym right next to 7-11. after my workout i drink this. I believe it the same thing. not 100% sure on it. ever since then, I got hook on it. Wasn't gonna buy the muscle milk off amazon due to the reviews. took my chance and got lucky. is it worth it? the taste is good. i'll update my review soon.
I strongly feel that muscle milk is an acquired taste. It contains no milk, but tries to deliver a milk experience which comes off with a bit of a metallic chalky taste. It's not bad, but not great. However, the nutritional profile is stellar. 25 grams of protein, 160 calories and ZERO GRAMS OF SUGAR. All for less than $1 a shake, pretty solid.
