I love these, but they contain the unsafe form of vitamin E. If you need to take more than one per day, get the one with the red label instead, as it doesn’t have the added dl-vitamin E. It’s unsafe for some people, and since there’s no way to know until it’s too late, don’t take the risk. Qunol makes the other one that is safe. I am taking this for TTC, so I need 600mg per day. If You’re TTC, get the red bottle, and take 6 per day spread out; and do 10 burpees every day no matter what. You will be amazed at the changes in your body in 1 month, 3 months. And by 3 months, all your eggs will have fresh new mitochondria — the key to reducing trisomies after age 40. I have so much energy, it feels like the clock has turned back 20 years.
Took it for only 2 months and it had lowered my cholesterol by 20 pts. Also, I suffered from debilitating muscle cramps due to some bipolar meds I have to take - my cramps are COMPLETELY gone. I was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse 5 years ago. We were advised by our doctor to take CoQ10 for our hearts, and to work against the side effects of Statins.
