I own a Dyson V8 vacuum and battery is dying slowly on it, instead of spending huge amount on V10 , i thought i will go with any cheaper options. This product has great reviews, so i ordered it.
I will start with Pros first.
1) Its light weight similar to my old Dyson V8.
2) Easy to assemble and all of tools are easy to take on and off. Battery power is good not great.
3) And you don't need to have your finger on On/Off button. This is huge when compared to Dyson
4) Extra HEPA filter.
Cons :
1) Most of tools feel filmsy
2) Suction power is ok even on higher setting, it will clean some basic dust from hard floors but cannot do a good job on carpet. I am not sure if i got a Lemon.
3) Vacuum makes a clunky sound at wheels portion when i try to roll on carpet , mainly because of filmsy plastic pieces. This sound is similar to a kids plastic toys. I will post a video for that sound. Again, not sure if i got a bad item.
Overall , the cons which are huge for every day usage outweigh the pros. I might have received a defective item or the problems may improve over the period of time, if they will, i will increase the rating. So, you get what you pay for. you can use this tool for a very light weight usage on hard wood floors.
Update - 03/05/2019. Customer service reached out to me after couple of days and inquired about my issue. Once I explained the concerns, they think it’s becauss of a defective item and was able to send me a replacement after I send them the defective unit. New unit doesn’t have the issues mentioned above and it’s performing as expected. I will test it further for couple of months and give the missing star if there are no more issues.
Over the years I have owned many vacuum cleaners (corded and cordless alike), and this one is hands down the very best. First of all, it is cordless and rechargeable, with very flexible head. Second, it is light but very powerful. The suction power as stated is 7 kPa, but based on my own experiences and comparison with other vacuum cleaners of similar advertised suction powers, this number may be a bit understated. Third, the running time after a full charge is long enough for me to clean the entire house. When it comes to dirt removal and cleaning, it is very easy; one can simply open the cover of the dirt cup, dump the dirt and wash the filter if necessary. In addition, the vacuum can be easily converted to a handheld. Last but not the least, the vacuum cleaner is pretty quiet when used, and this can be important for families that have smaller kids and pets.
One additional feature I really like about this vacuum is that the brush can be easily detached from the head, and all you have to do is to pull the latch on the right of the vacuum head and take the brush out. If I have to suggest something for improvement, I would personally like a LED light somewhere near the vacuum head. But overall after using it for several weeks I cannot be more pleased with this vacuum cleaner.
I just started using this around the house and it’s been fantastic. The battery lasts a long time. It also comes with every attachment you would ever need and a spare filter. The filters are washable so it’s nice to have two so one can dry out properly while using the other one. Also works perfect for cleaning your car since it converts from a standard stand up vacuum length to a small handheld unit. Very easy to operate and extremely impressed.
You don’t need anything like screw driver etc to assemble it. Everything can be connected and disconnected with just a button press. One thing I like about it is that it head is flexible. It. An reach all areas of your house as well as you don’t need to turn your hand around, it’s head will turn and clean.
It is having very low noise and filters are washable. Only one thing I feel if it can be improved is if there is something we can keep it in standing position. Filter and motor is on top side and lower part is do light weight so we can’t keep it in standing position without support.
However it’s filter and motor is lightweight too, but that is the only part which contains some weight. So if you don’t like to feel any on your hand while cleaning won’t be recommended.
To charge as well , you don’t need to put full vaccum together you can just have the battery part on charger , which actually makes it portable and you don’t need much space.
So finally, for the features and flexibility I am getting with this vacuum..I will definitely recommend it.

Received 3 days ago. Assembly instruction scarce, but I was able to snap everything together easily. Really didn't need them. I've been using the vacuum twice a day and I love it.
Pros:
* I'm 5'3" and the vacuum stick is perfect for my height.
* Great for tile and hardwood floors because it comes with a soft brush roller that's easy to insert or detach.
* Rotating head isn't large, so it can fit into tight spaces like between the wall and the toilet.
* Easy to clean filters and it comes with an extra hepa filter, so while one is drying you can use the other filter.
* The battery came partially charged, so I could try it right out of the box.
* So quiet my dogs thought I was trying to play with them and the vacuum. Normally hide under the bed with a regular vacuum.
* Vacuums and cleans my mats without lifting them and having them get sucked in.
* Does not scratch my hardwood floors!
* Charges quickly and has 2 settings. I use the strongest setting and my entire house (1500 sq. feet) is vacuumed and the battery indicator says I still have a full charge.
Cons:
* Wish the stick was adjustable. Might be awkward to use for people taller than me.
This little vacuum was so easy to assemble there were no actual assembly instructions. All I had to do was unpack the item (which took longer than assembly) while doing an initial battery charge. There is the power head which snaps on one end and the rotary brush snaps onto the other end. It can't be assembled wrong...it took about 1 minute after unpacking. The initial battery charge took 2 hours. There are four green LED's which indicate the battery charge and discharge state. I've used the vacuum three times already and the battery lasts at least 45 minutes each time I use it, with a cycle of 50% low speed and 50% high speed. The rotary brush and high suction picks up everything...on short nap carpet and on vinyl floors and what really surprised me is how well this performs on carpeted steps! The unit is very easy to clean, and because it's smaller than some, it fits right into a plastic bag so you contaminate the area you're working around. I am VERY satisfied and would recommend this vacuum to others. I have absolutely NO complaints.
