I recently had surgery and the doctor recommended taking Arinca before and after to prevent bruising and swelling. I was a bit skeptical that something natural and over the counter could work so well but this definitely did the trick. It's a great natural alternative medicine and works very well. Pick these over the arnicare pellets, they work much faster! However as a migraine sufferer I find this in conjunction with oil is a great combo.
