This product is been very helpful. It’s helps decrease my appetite so I’m not always wanting to snack as well as gives a steady amount of energy so you don’t have the jitters. And I’m not on the keto diet but I am losing weight.

I saw this on shark tank and decided to give them a try!! Well it was very much worth it I can already tell a difference I have been slimming down and keeping it down. The pills are not to big in my opinion so easy to swallow and don’t leave a bad after taste.

This is a great product! I have been on the keto diet for a while now trying to loose the baby weight and the pills have really helped boost the weight loss. I have been on a weightloss journey for the passed year. Nothing has seemed to help up until 2 weeks ago. I started the keto diet and along with it I started taking these capsules. By day 2 of taking them I noticed I wasn't as hungry and had alot of energy. I do try and drink over 80oz of water daily just to stay hydrated. Really recommend this great product.
These pills are doing what they are supposed to. Keep in mind that they will not help you on their own but with some effort from you. The way I use them is in combination with another brand and instead of taking two a day I take this one in the morning and the other one around noon. I also drink only water and don't eat much. They do curb the apetite and even if I don't remember seeing it in their description, but to me personally, they give me energy. I have a very active and not easy life style and the boost of energy comes in handy.
