Align Probiotic was recommended to me by my daughter, who happened to be a medical doctor with 13 years experience. This does a fantastic job in persons of my age (50 and older) in replacing the depleted good bacteria in the gut. I take just one capsule each day after dinner.

This was recommended by my gastroenterologist due to persistent issues with heartburn, indigestion, and other undesirable after effects associated with certain foods. It works well, getting rid of all problems related with digestion without causing any side effects. It is pricey but I am going to stick with this because it works and I know I can depend on it.
Had my gallbladder removed this past May and have had diarrhea almost daily since. I heard align was helpful for people with my issues. Been taking it for 7 days and diarrhea disappeared. Had a serious bout of diverticulitis. Was prescribed powerful antibiotics to cure the problem, several years ago. My Doctor recommended this probiotic as the best for keeping the infection away, and promoting good bowell health and also for immune system regeneration. Have not contracted the flu or cold in years, even though my wife has had it several times. I have to credit this product as being one of the best.

I've suffered from irregularity, constipation, & over-dry stool for years. Laxatives rarely worked, and when they did it was accompanied by debilitating stomach cramps. Honestly worth the money. You take this and then add 30 grams of fiber to your diet and you will be going 2-3 times a day! I used to have a bm maybe once a week so this has helped a lot.
Aso I recommend the Kirkland brand fiber to supplement in case you can’t get enough fiber in your diet. I know I cant so I supplement with the “optifiber” from COSTCO.
