I only used it once so I can't comment on durability but it is solidly built. It weighs 3/4 pound and is 18 inches long with a nice angle that all combine to make it very ergonomic to use. Pay heed to the manufacturers advice to have a bowl of water handy and dip it often. I thought of this myself after checking out the "Grill Daddy Pro Grill Brush with Replacement Brush— Longer 22" Handle — Steam Cleans Grills Easily" at more than twice the price. That brush does not have bristles in twisted steel and the plastic water dripping handle is a gimmick. Dip the Grillart brush in water before cleaning a hot grill and you get all the steam that you need. It's large surface area cleans in a snap.
Most grill brush/scraper combos I've owned rarely last a year before the bristles erode and fall out. This is the grill brush I plan on using going forward -- unless I find something that lasts and works just as good for less.

This brush worked great for a bit but snapped in half right where the metal goes into the plastic handle. I didn't put too much pressure on it either.

I'm giving this brush another try after receiving a replacement from Yumi - great customer service! The brush seems pretty solid so I don't see any reason for it to fail. Thanks again for the communication and follow through for one customer - really appreciate all the help!
This grill brush easily removes charred food and sauces from my grill after an evening of grilling. Its got a great handle, so using it is very comfortable, even soothing. Ok I'm weird, but great grill brush.
I have used many grill brush cleaners in my time. Say about 20 of them. I must say that the Grlilart brush is one of the best if not the best. They have improved on the angle, bristles and weight of the brush. It is very simple to use. it's long enough to use both hands to give it a deeper clean on your grill grates. Flip it around and you have a scraper. I use the scraper on my Blackstone griddle and it works great along with some cleaning bricks.
All in all, I'm super happy to have gotten this. Only set back is that if you grill a lot, you will have to clean a lot. So, if you use this, it will clean for you but, you may have to purchase another one real soon as the bristles get shorter and used with every clean.Depending on how hard you clean, it may last longer. But if you're like me. I clean every time I use my grill. And I grill about 3x a week. This will probably last about 6 months. So, do the math.
Nothing's perfect. But, it does clean perfectly.

The scraper is perfectly shaped, the bristles are tightly bound (this is the most important aspect), I just wish there was one brush out there that had a hook so I could hang it on the grill handle. There's a loop, but that doesn't attach to anything easily.
A surprising number of ER visits happen each year from lose bristles. So I replace my brush often and keep the grill clean enough that I can inspect for bristles.
This brush gives me confidence that the bristles won't come off.
My dad only used crumpled foil to clean the grill, but I'm a convert to the brush. It does a better job faster without the need for gloves (which would be a separate storage problem, because they need to stay dry!).

Ive been looking for a replacement brush for a couple years now... its hard to believe there are so many poorly designed grill brushes out there. This one is at a good angle, doesn't have any plastic parts near the brush to melt, the brush itself has stood up to many uses, and the blade has too. Only room for improvement is that I wish the handle was longer.
First I purchased a more expensive steam grill cleaner but it put out my fire and almost produced a totally failed meal. I sure wasn't going to do that a second time so I found the Grillart Brush and Scraper Best BBQ Brush, stainless steel, and it completely cleaned my hot grill and the fire was not disturbed. It worked so easy for me and I'm a widowed newbie trying to learn about grilling. I just am so pleased and happy with this one. A lot less than the $23.49 I paid for my first choice but I'm happy to learn. I know you'll be as super pleased with this one as I am!
The brush is great as all the other reviews praise. The handle is a bit short for my Weber 4-burner grill so I use and recommend a combination of this brush for a thorough clean _AND_ Weber's own 21" grill (https://www.amazon.com/Weber-6493-21-Inch-3-Sided-Grill/dp/B009IH0C22/) for cleaning deeper inside the grill without burning one's hands. Buy both, you won't regret it.
