I absolutely LOVE these BCAAs, as they have an amazing hydrating factor.
I get dehydrated really fast because I sweat alot. It usually leads me to have an energy decrease towards the end of my workout.
One scoop + 12 oz of water during my workout and I make it all the way without feeling depleted! (I'll alternate between sips from my BCAA mix & regular bottled water, to make my mixture last throughout my workout)
And after my workout, on hard days, I'll drink another mixture.

I am a certified personal trainer and I started using this last summer when I started a more intense weight lifting and fitness plan. It definitely helped my performance with the right amount of BCAAs and the electrolyte blend to keep me hydrated. I felt better during and after my workouts.

I bought this after having tried another brand of BCAAs from an amazon lightening deal. I bought this one this time because I live in the desert and the idea of being “hydrating” really appealed to me especially after feeling like the other brand was leaving me dehydrated.
Honestly I can’t seem to even get that far with this product because of the flavor. Admittedly, I have a blue Powerade addiction which I’m trying to curb with these blue flavored amino powders. This is one is blue. Bright blue. Tastes blue. Like really blue. Maybe too blue... even for me. It’s really jazzy and I appreciate the taste but it’s a lot of flavor for me to sip on throughout the day. I’ve tried using less powder (like half a scoop in 40oz of water) and the flavor is still really strong. I’m giving it four stars because I love the idea and I really want to like it but it’s potent stuff. Maybe 2 blues back to back was overkill. I’ll switch to a lemon-lime BCAA supp for a while and give this one another go and update my review then. I really want to like it!
Excellent product. I use 2 scoops for a gallon of water per day. Drank along the trails in Zion, Bryce and the Arches. Highly recommend for people prone to sunstroke. Been drinking all summer and feel great.

I've been using it for about a month now, and I can honestly say that this product is really good. I usually get the regular Xtend BCAA's in either the blood orange or mango flavor, but I much prefer the strawberry kiwi of this kind. I feel like the coconut water makes it taste like gatorade, in a good way! Highly recommend, can't say enough good things about this one:)

Bought this in the blueberry flavor and ended up really liking it. I decided to write a review after I forgot to make a batch yesterday and HOLY COW I had to modify my workout from muscle tiredness and today I’m very sore. This hasn’t happened since I started using the powder, so I’m reordering again for sure! I mix one scoop in a 28 oz bottle with room temp water. I see that it’s recommended to drink after working out, but I usually finish it during mine. These shakes along with rolling out before my workout and stretching afterwards has really helped!
