I've been taking these for three months now. The rule of thumb is that effects will not start appearing until around that time, so I thought now is as good a time as any to write a review. As a disclaimer, I have been taking these in conjunction with a vegetable-based iron supplement.
It's difficult to explain the effects that this has had on my body and mind, but the effects are definitely noticeable. I suffer from dysthymia with major depressive episodes, as well as social anxiety disorder, both untreated. Nothing substantial has changed in my life these past few months. The anxiety has been unaffected (no surprise there) but gradually over the last two months I have felt more mental clarity. I'm more... awake, alive. I'm not oversleeping, and the bouts of major depression have been few and far between.
I'm also finding that I am getting fewer cold sores, less food cravings, and I have more energy to make it through the day.
As far as the gummy/flavor aspect goes, well, don't expect it to be like a Haribo gummy. It's very different. But these are enough of a pleasure that it's no trouble at all to remember them, much like my morning coffee. :)
Wanted to give these 5 stars because they're so close to being the perfect vitamin for me. As a 40 year old woman the following are important to me however missing in the Women's Complete; Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Selenium. I'm curious to know why Smarty Pants is conscious of all of the other important factors such as; GMO, synth colors, artificial sweeteners, gluten allergens (which I'm very happy to see), but missing some basic women's essential vitamins here?
It's hard finding Folate as Methylfolate and B12 as Methylcobalamin and Smarty Pants has both! Love the Biotin and CoQ10 add ins.. already taking 6 of these a day plus the 2 pre/probiotics, really don't want to add another vitamin to cover calcium / magnesium.
Seriously love these vitamins. Was gifted the packets at Christmas and had to purchase a bottle after finishing.
Noticeably fewer break outs, no PMS achey breasts, more energy, my hair is growing like a weed, less hairs on my face, just a few of the benefits I’ve seen in taking these for 2+ months.
I can take them on an empty stomach, which is great when I’m running out the door in the morning. The gummies themselves are very tasty and the consistency is great.
These are great tasting, and I have noticed a significant boost in my immune system since starting these. I almost never get sick. I started this brand because I suffer from anxiety, and thought maybe I needed methyfolate instead of folic acid. I can’t really tell if my anxiety has improved from these, but my mental clarity has improved tenfold! No more brain fog!
Yes 50 cals is kind of a lot for a vitamin, but I think of it as my daily little sweet treat.
I will say I didn’t notice a huge difference between the women’s version and the adult (blue bottle). I just buy whichever is cheaper.
I love that these vitamins contain Omega 3 (though not much - I recommend supplementing with a fish oil vitamin), l-methylfolate, B12 as methylcobalamin, and a healthy dose of Vitamin D. It's tough to find those specific vitamins in the dose I need, all in one multi.
Negatives: I'm not a fan of having to take 6 every day, and I also don't like that they contain so much sugar (to offset the fishy taste you'd otherwise get from the Omega 3).
All things considered, since it has everything else I want, this is the multi-vitamin for me.

I have a double MTHFT mutation. I have tried EVERYTHING and have had no luck in feeling better My doctor actually recommended I take a healthy dose of folic acid which is not true. Folate is a must! I have only been taking them for a month and have already noticed my cold sores are not nearly as frequent and go away with in a day or two. I will definitely continue taking these vitamins. They taste great and I love the complete vitamin requirements. I do however have to take an Iron supplement but I'm okay with that.
These are pretty good--I really like the vitamin's composition and that methylfolate is used. I can't swear to you that they have made a huge difference to my health, but since I've been an ovo-lacto vegetarian for 26 years, I feel these are good insurance against possible deficits in my diet. Maybe I'm just victim to really effective branding, but I feel more confident selecting vitamins from SmartyPants versus many of the others I've seen that are cheaper and have less transparent sourcing/manufacturing practices.
I also don't mind the taste, making these the only supplements I've continued to use long-term. I've had absolutely NO fish burp, reflux or nausea with these. I've had difficulty taking most other brands' supplements, even "chocolate" calcium chews or gummies, but the SmartyPants have all been fine. While these do clump a little, they are easy to separate so it doesn't bother me at all.
I first started using the Adult Complete (the one with the medium blue label: SmartyPants Adult Complete Gummy Vitamins: Multivitamin & Omega 3 DHA/EPA Fish Oil, Methyl B12, Vitamin D3, 180 count (30 Day Supply). I think those taste a little better--more like candy which also meant I had cravings to eat more than the six recommended per day. They also don't stick together because they are coated with cane sugar. I switched to the Women's Complete mostly for a two reasons. They have one less gram sugar than the Adult Complete. Not enough to make much difference, but why consume more sugar than you need, and it eliminates the temptation to consume too many. Also, I appreciated the use of methylfolate, which the Adult Complete doesn't currently use.
Yes, these are pricey, but I look for sales at Target and routinely get these on Amazon's subscription. While I prefer to shop generic for most things, there are a few items that I think provide superior value for the money. This is one of them.
I struggled with infertily for years. It is a very painful and hard road to go down. After taking Smarty Pants Women's complete we conceived within a month. it also fixed my speech and memory problems within a few hours, it is almost unbelieveable if I hadn't expierenced it myself. I wasn't able to finish a sentence because I would forget half way through what to say, this wasn't only frustrating for me but also for my family. Buy this stuff, it is awsome. Everyone in my family now gets Smarty Pants Gummies and I just switched to the prenatal kind.
Smarty Pants also has outstanding customer service! I talked to them twice and I always got a quick and thourough response.
I love these multivitamins and the price on Amazon. I first bought these at Target, and it was only a 20 day supply and more expensive. They are filled with essential vitamins and minerals for women, including folate (more easily absorbed than folic acid), B12, Vitamin D, and Vitamin K. These also have fish oil, so one less supplement to take. You need to take 6 of these chews per day, so I usually take three in the morning and the remaining three at dinner time. I have noticed, most likely from the biotin, that my nails are growing faster and stronger.
First of all, I rarely write reviews, and I have never received this product for free or been asked to review SmartyPants vitamins. That being said, I LOVE these vitamins! They are extremely tasty; I actually get excited to eat them every morning, so I definitely never forget to take my vitamins. I also believe they significantly influence my anxiety. Twice in the last 6 months my anxiety has flared up, and both times I later realized I had run out of vitamins and therefore wasn't taking them. I believe the high dosage of B12 has a pretty big impact on keeping my anxiety in check, in addition to the other well-sourced vitamin ingredients. This is the only product for which I utilize Amazon's "subscribe" feature, and not without reason!
