I am a compulsive, emotional eater. I have tried so many different diets and gimmicks, too many to list. I have lost and regained the same 100+ pounds over the past 40yrs. What is different this time you may be asking? I surrendered to a Higher Power, that I needed help, I could no longer do this on my own! I have chosen to combine Weight Watchers FreeStyle program and Alli together. Alli makes me accountable to reading labels and making healthier choices, as does WW. Because quite frankly, who wants to experience the embarrassing "treatment effects" that I've read about!! Since starting both two weeks ago, I have had NO treatment effects, leakage, staining, ect. My first week I lost 4.5#'s. This week I'm down 3#. A Great healthy start!! What I notice more is, I'm losing inches more rapid than loss, which is great. It does make me pee quite often, which I believe it is breaking down waste and ridding me of it. People...there is no "magic pill", but there is help. I bought this about a month ago to help with my premenstrual symptoms, as I get very intense food cravings a few days per month and I wanted something to help keep me on track during the times I don't eat as well as I should. Normally my meals dont contain enough fat to see visible results with this. Well, we had Dominos yesterday and as they all say, NEVER TRUST A FART!! Grease went through two layers of clothing and our nice bedsheets are currently in the wash. The amount of grease in the toilet was horrendously satisfying and I can now say with full confidence that THIS STUFF WORKS!! I'm equal parts thrilled and disgusted.

If you are overweight and are serious about dropping down your BMI, and are dedicated to taking this medicine when you're supposed to.. you will definitely without a single doubt lose weight. But if you were not 100% dedicated you might as well not even think about using this product. The side effects of real people! The more fat you carry, the worst side effects you will have in the initial beginning but stay committed and your symptoms will slowly go away. This is not a medicine that will give you energy.. this diet pill simply rids your body of a percentage of fat intake by blocking the fat absorption and instead exiting your bum 😬.. if you are on this medicine and especially if you are over your BMI quite a bit.. it is not safe 2 assume you can fart without consequence!!lol

Have not stepped on the scale yet but can feel the difference. I have a pretty healthy diet so the first day or two I didnt notice much difference in my bathroom routine... throw in some french fries and you'll find out quick how effective this product is. This will send you to the bathroom. But you should have enough time without messing yourself. I will agree with what someone else said "never trust a fart". This product makes me quite gassy if i eat the wrong things. Love it though. Truly shows you how terrible certain foods are. Fast food is a no go!
I’ve been on this stuff for six months now and have lost 20lbs. I have not changed my eating habits and I don’t get to exercise much being a single mom, working fulltime and going to school fulltime. So I definitely recommend this product if you have a busy lifestyle where you can’t make those other lifestyle changes yet or a gym life and don’t mind the gradual weight loss. This will not give you instantaneous results. Like I said 20lbs in six months. The only down fall is the oily farts, so beware and never trust a fart.
I was apprehensive about taking these pills, because I have tried some other brands before and they didn't do anything to help. I am changing my life piece by piece and was hoping these pills would jumpstart me. I was exercising and changing my diet before I started taking these, but nothing would change for me on the scale or in the mirror. These pills have helped me so much! I'm more aware of what I am eating and seeing the change in the mirror and on the scale makes me feel more motivated to keep making positive changes. I am really glad I took a chance on these! I also definitely do not eat as much fried food, otherwise a bathroom needs to be handy, and quickly. I also got a multivitamin powder to mix into my water, because I am forgetful about taking a multivitamin every day for these pills.
So far this works great, whether it's the pill or the fear of the side effects, I don't know, but the latter has definitely kept me from putting a lot of unhealthy foods in my body. I haven't experienced any of the sudden side effects that people talk about, but it definitely makes you gassy no matter what, and changes the consistency of your poop. But so far, 5.5 lbs gone in 2 weeks!
