I’m feeling the best I’ve ever felt mentally in a very long time!! I’ve been struggling with severe depression and anxiety for about 3 to 4 years. I’ve always had a low level of depression and anxiety for quit some some time. However from the beginning of 2017 until now it has become severe to the point where I’ve sougt out professional help. I’ve tried to read books, I’ve been put on medication but I just couldn’t seem to shake this depression. I’ve done EVERYTHING. So I came across and article that stated the chemical EPA and DHA found in fish oil when taken in higher concentrations helps alleviate the symptoms of depression. So I gave it a go and when I say I was amazed at the results after only taking this supplement for 4 days I instantly noticed a difference. It’s almost like the mental black veil I struggled with for so long had been lifted. I’m only 10 days into taking this supplement and I feel AMAZING. I hope this feeling never goes away.
Great product, before I started using this fish oil my cholesterol was extremely high after a short five months of being on this and being retested my cholesterol has lowered nearly 50 points I would recommend it to anyone
Love this product! No fish burps or yucky aftertaste. I was suffering from very dry eyes when my Dr recommended that I start taking fish oil. Other brands didn't help, but Omega 3 has made a great difference! I'm no longer having to use dry eye drops all the time. It's also helped with joint pain that I have from arthritis in my knees and back problems. I plan on taking this every day!
Great fish oil. Easy to take and I've felt so much better since adding these to my stack. A big improvement from the flaxseed Omega 3 oil I was taking previously... 10/10 will buy again.
I recently started taking Bio-Science's Omega 3 Fish oil about a month ago for my tired eyes and blurred vision. Before I started taking it, I was diagnosed with Computer Vision Syndrome, which is essentially dryness of the eyes from starring at a computer screen for extended periods of time (work). I was using GenTeal tears severe gel eye drops at least 6 times a night (I work overnight.)with virtually no lasting effects, and driving home became problematic. Upon taking the fish oil, I slowly noticed I was using less and less eye drops per night. Now, I use 1-2 applications of eye drops per night and am set until then end of my shift. In addition, I move better with hardly any stiffness, and that's a plus since I am not young anymore.

LOVE these fish oil gel capsules! I will never buy another brand but THIS one! They don’t taste like fish oil so it does not leave a fishy taste in your mouth and it WORKS for my dry eyes (as suggested by my ophthalmologist). I've been using this product for quite a while and to be honest it works stunningly. I do understand it actually is pretty hard to asses how the supplement work in conjunction with other supplements and fairly healthy diet, but what I actually feel is that my skin got better and most important I feel less stomach irritation. So likely it's due to omega'a 3 natural anti inflammatory effect. I take 2 caps with my breakfast + with my afternoon meal.
After reading some of the reviews I decided to give it a try. About a week of taking one softgel a day I notice my pain in left knee went away. The pain I had was so sharp that it bother me as I ran or sat down (driving) or had my leg at 90 degree angle that I had to keep my leg stretched to relief some of the pain. This softgels have done the work for me, know I can run my half Marathon's or have my leg 90 degree w/o any pain. I highly recommend this product.
