Sold for life on this product. I suffer from extreme dehydration - extreme to the point where I am hospitalized and can easily finish off 2 bags of IV fluids in a matter of an hour. Even though I drink plenty of fluids throughout the day - for some reason by body apparently has trouble absorbing that it needs to STAY hydrated. After my 6th hospital stay for dehydration within 3 months, I said there has to be SOMETHING that can HELP. I researched, researched, studied and researched more. LiquidIV and a few others were purchased in order to test and see what fit the bill. LiquidIV is by far the best. Since taking this steadily for 5 months, no more hospital stays for dehydration and let alone can exercise and play softball without suffering with cramps or the shakes. The taste is fantastic, which is a subtle lemon/lime flavor and isn't "oily" as some of the other products that are similar (the ones where you drop them into the water to mix). So good, that I have made nearly all my friends, coworkers and others firm believers of this product.

This product is just wonderful! It gives me energy and does help me focus more as it claims. I just feel better when taking it and it is the only thing that seems to combat the dark circles under my eyes! This hydrates your skin to the point of your dark circles fading! Better than any concealer LOL This goes to show how important hydration is for your skin. I take 1 every day and sometimes 2 on days I workout longer at the gym.

I am so glad my grandson (a caddy for the PGA) introduced me to Liquid iv. I had been having problems with getting dehydrated...even had to go in hospital for it...He told his dad, my son, that he thought Liquid iv would help me....and they sent me some. I showed it to my doctor, who was delighted that I was going to take it.. She uses it herself. I have noticed a big difference how I feel after being on it for a month...wonderful...and don't have to pee as often (the water going to my veins ..not my bladder) I have recommended it to several of my friends here at the retirement home where I live. I am 91 years old and feel like I now have a new lease on life. Thank you!!!

In Florida, where the sun can take the moisture out of you between the heat and the humidity, you can tend to get a little dehydrated, no matter how much water you drink.
I put one of these packets ion my large water bottle and drink. I start to feel better soon after I drink one.
I don't do more than one a day, unless I am working extra hard outside in the summer heat.
It remind me of lemon/lime sports drinks without that awful sugary after taste.
The product is great, tastes really good & definitely feels like it's giving me electrolytes. But don't be mislead by the fact that it says one packet is equivalent to 2-3 bottles of water. You still need to drink lots of water with this, too much electrolytes can cause bloating, same with not drinking enough water.. Everything in moderation! Just make sure to drink plenty of actual water along with this product.

This stuff will wipe out a hangover in no time!! Also if you play intense sports or sweat a ton in the gym, this will help you hydrate afterward. The taste is kind of like a saltier version of yellow Gatorade.. Best way I can describe it. It’s not the best tasting stuff but it works a lot better than Gatorade or the other leading sports drinks out there.
It should go without saying, but you will need to drink water in conjunction. If you only drink this mixed with water, it will just dehydrate you because of all the salt. This product is designed to help you retain more of the water you drink.

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt obligated to share how great Liquid IV is.
I have a temporary illeostomy, and dehydration can happen very very easily. I was going in every week for IV Fluids. After having enough, I tested a few hydration powders, and LiquidIV was by far the best. In a matter of 30 minutes to an hour of sipping on it, I felt incredibly better. I was also able to withstand a full day at a theme park, (in the Florida heat), without any issues.
If you have a medical condition, prone to dehydration, or want something to easily keep you hydrated throughout the day, please try this. I bet you won't be disappointed.
I definitely won't be leaving home without it!
I'm not an athlete but I do drink a lot of sports drinks instead of pop or soda. Bought these to replace the bottled sports drinks. First, the flavor is great. Second, for some reason it seems to reduce my cravings for sugar and sweets. I've actually lost weight since I've started drinking Liquid IV. I can have candy bars, brownies, etc sitting on the counter and not even be interested in them. My chiropractor said it may be the extra potassium in the drink helps cancel the cravings for sweets.
This stuff is amazing. I just had gastric bypass surgery and it’s critical I remain hydrated. I found LiquidIV while recovering. It’s been a life savor as I struggled with staying hydrated.
Unlike the other water enhancers that claim to have electrolytes this is the real deal. Confirmed by my surgical nutritionalist when I was having complications. I told her about it. She researched it and now is recommending all patients use it.
Oh and it tastes great if you like lemon lime. I haven’t tried the other flavors. What I like to do is mix it in my blender with filtered water and lice and make it into a slushee.
I absolutely appreciate Liquid IV for their Amazon product. The Lime flavor is great. I have a stomach disease (Crohn's) and this helps keep me hydrated preventing "flare ups". I'm also a police officer with a demanding job that doesn't always allow me to rehydrate. In my free time I hunt. It's hard to take a water bottle to the woods. I drink Liquid IV on my way to the woods and I stay hydrated. I always trust and turn to Liquid IV!
