I have Lupus. So I live with pain and inflammation. Fish oil really helps along with other herbs and CBC oil. But I feel way worse when not taking fish oil too. This is the best I have ever tried for over all pain relief and helps lower my triglycerides. Best of all the ONLY fish oil that gives no after taste or fish burps 😊
I know it is a little more pricey but in our 20 year opinion of using Nordic Naturals, it is worth every penny. Nowadays it is so important to pay attention to the supplements you put in your body. I really really like these ultimate omega-3 supplements. I was a little hesitant to try them because I’ve had reactions before with other natural ones. But I’ve had no reaction and I feel good on these. I’ve been taking them for over a month. I take these for my heart although I have not been diagnosed with anything. I know it helps because I feel so much better and have more energy . They also help my joints. I was battling some tendonitis and some lower wrist pain at the joint. After taking these for over a month I have virtually no pain. Only occasionally if I turn my wrist wrong. All without doing anything else but taking this supplement. I used to have to wear a brace for my hand and wrist and now I don’t have to wear one. I have just bought my second bottle in a larger quantity because I will continue to use these. I love the fact that you can check out the purity of the product online. They are independently tested and made from wild caught fish oil not farm raised.
Opened container after 30 day return window and it reeked of fish oil. I found that one of the soft gels had ruptured coating most of the other soft gels with fish oil. Half of the soft gels were stuck together. Make sure you inspect yours as soon as you get it. Now I am out $60 dollars for an unusable product.
UPDATE: I contacted the manufacturer and they replaced my bottle of Ultimate Omega free of charge. Great customer service by Nordic Naturals.

When buying nutritional supplements I often think of warnings about the uncertainty of the ingredients you receive because of the lack of FDA standards. I started taking this about 1 year ago because I had a long-standing problem with elevated triglycerides and I read that Omega 3 supplements were supposed to reduce triglycerides. All I can say about this stuff is that, after taking it for about 1 year by triglycerides dropped from way above standard levels to within recommended ranges--about a 50% reduction. Obviously I am pleased.
Husband has Graves’ disease and I suffer from severe dry eyes. Our Optomologist and Endocrinologist suggested these fish oils supplements to help alleviate the symptoms. It works like a dream. I no longer feel like plucking my eyes out of head and throwing them against the wall.

If you haven't been taking Omega 3s, watch your response for a week to be sure it agrees, and then make it part of your routine. I like this form because it goes down so easy. We take them with meals, morning and evening and definitely notice the difference...excellent antiaging nutrient and good cognitive support. Like many of you, I did my online research about what are the best omega 3 brands, with all of them (suspiciously looking like one list was made and just distributed to 500 websites) listing NOrdic Naturals as a top brand. The price was really good, so that's all she wrote. They don't taste or smell fishy, but I'm also not a whiner. And I can honestly say that my heart beats at 120% of it's typical capacity with each day that I remember to take these pills. Not to mention that all of my myelin sheaths have now become like ion super highways and I'm almost to Lawnmower man intelligence.
